Patrick WilliamDOLANAged 49 years, passed away peacefully at Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith, on Tuesday 28th April 2015. Pat will be resting in the Chapel of Rest at W.S. Bond Funeral Directors, 366 Uxbridge Road, London W12 7LL on Thursday 21st May 2015 12pm onwards. Pat was known and loved by many, he was an avid Chelsea Football Club supporter and travelled far and wide to attend matches with his many friends. Pat always had time for people and everyone had a good word for him, he will be sadly missed. He is survived by his brother John and daughter Jessica. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of his friends who contributed towards his funeral and for all of their kind words and support. Funeral mass will be at 11am on Friday 22nd May 2015 at the Chapel, St Marys Catholic Cemetery, Harrow Road, NW10 5NU followed by the internment at 12pm.
